Archeology and Artifacts teacher Keil Hileman uses the 100-year-old candelabra he found in an abandoned church in a light demonstration for his class on Thursday, April 21. “I used to get $100 from each high school, and now I get nothing. I used to get free busing, and now there’s going to have to be a course fee,” Hileman said. “But I don’t care and I will make it work. And I have had people tell me ‘if you need something, just call me.’ I’m still doing OK.”

Throughout the year, sophomore Jessie Coleman has been singing and playing music in the Upper C locker bank with her friends before school starts. "I think my favorite part about being able to hangout there is being able to hangout with a lot of my friends that I don't have classes with," Coleman said. "We're all so busy doing different things, it's nice that we get to hangout in one spot in the morning before school."
