According to Brittany Rouse, the new coaches was a contributing factor to their success.

“This is the best we’ve ever done and I was extremely impressed with us as a whole,” Brittany Rouse said. “We had new coaches and I think they’ve made us a lot stronger as a team.”

The new coaches have changed up practice times from last year. This year, the girls are doing more morning practices and weekend practices to prepare for competitions.

“Practice was harder than previous years but all of our hard work paid off,” Moore said. “To see everyone so happy [about our achievements] was worth it.”

With the dance season coming to an end, and this being their last competition, the Silver Stars have to prepare to loose six seniors.

“I’m going to miss the girls a lot,” Moore said. “We’ve all bonded so much over the past few years and we’re so close.”
