“I just like competing and playing the game. It’s a very intense game.”

“Since I was probably in second grade.”
What were you thinking going before the first game?
“I didn’t know what to expect because I heard Piper [High School] was supposed to be good.”
How many three point shots did you make?
“I hit two [3-point shots] in the fourth quarter.”
Were you expecting the game to happen the way it did?
“No not at all. We didn’t know how Piper was going to play.”
What was going through your head as you were playing during the fourth quarter?
“We were down by two, and I really don’t know what I was thinking. I just threw it up there.”
What response did you get from the team, coaches and friends?
“Everyone was freaking out. It was awesome”
