When I was younger, I wasn’t super into history, but there were always some parts that made me want to learn more. This is one of those cases.

“The People v. O.J. Simpson” is a drama about what happened when O.J. was on trial for killing his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and Ronald Goldman. This show goes into depth about what happened between the two sides of this case and brings to life some things I had never known before like the car case in one of the first episodes. I had always found this case to be very interesting because they had so much evidence against O.J., they could have so easily taken him down for the murders at any given time. I feel like this show may have exaggerated some things that happened like O.J.’s reaction to when he was the main suspect of his wife’s murder or the fight between the sides of the case, but I don’t know all the details of the case to tell you otherwise.

This show has some major stars in it too which is very good because that makes the show so much more well known because of the stars in it.. David Schwimmer plays Rob Kardashian, Cuba Gooding Jr. plays the role of O.J. and John Travolta plays the role of Robert Shapiro. Personally, I’m a huge fan of who they chose to star in these three key roles.

As of right now, the show only has ten episodes on Netflix, so you’ll fly through it if you watch it. I’m unsure if the next season that will come out for the show will pertain to the O.J. Simpson trials or will start a new case. I hope that they start a new case for the next season such as Plessy v. Ferguson, Brown v. Board and Tinker v. Des Moines. Regardless, I’m sure the next season will be just as good as the first. It’s a great and short show to watch if you’re looking for a drama outside of the realm of relationships.

See you next time!
