The deadline for ordering Harmony Club t-shirts is Friday, Jan. 27. Please bring $15 to social studies teacher Jeff Wieland in room A211 to order.

Students: iFlurtz results will be sold in February for $2 and proceeds will benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Student council open mic night is tonight, from 7 p.m. 8:30 p.m. in the commons. All students are welcome to attend. If you would like to perform, please see art teacher Erica Crist, math teacher Jessica DeWild, or a student council member to sign up.

There will be a football informational meeting next Monday, Jan. 30 during seminar in the senior cafe. This meeting will be for anyone interested in playing football, or anyone interested in being a football manager, next fall. We will be covering summer information as well as other topics.

Voyager students: don’t miss the fun. Pick up your packet for the seminar “Creativity– The Importance of Play” on Thursday, Jan. 26, blue two.

All boys interested in trying out for the golf team need to meet in coach Adam Wessel’s room, A203 on Tuesday, Jan. 31 immediately following school.

Auditions for the spring play, “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, are Monday, Jan. 30 starting at 3:30 p.m. Those wishing to audition must sign up for a specific time on the sign-up sheets outside of the drama room. See drama teacher Jon Copeland for information about what you need to prepare for auditions.

Student ambassadors: your help is needed with parent-teacher conferences. Stop by the counseling office to find out more information.

The counseling office has just received information about a Commerce Bank part-time teller position. Please stop by for more information.

Students interested in learning more about travelling to Madrid, Spain and Paris, France with foreign language teachers Edith Paredes and Kim Service in June of 2013 should attend to an informational meeting tomorrow after school at 3 p.m. The meeting will take place in room C212. You need to be either enrolled in either language or to have taken
it for two years to be able to be part of the group. Traveling gives you a wonderful opportunity to fully experience the language you have been learning in class.

The lady Jags posted their seventh straight win with an impressive 54 to 41 victory over a good Shawnee Mission South team. They now travel to El Dorado to play three games in the Wildcat tournament this Thursday, Jan. 25, Friday Jan. 26, and Saturday, Jan. 27.

Drivers, please make sure that you stop for other students in the crosswalks. It is the law.
