This is a call to anyone who has a talent in visual arts and may be interested in art club. Any student interested
in joining art club needs to meet in room C118 with art teacher Jerry Howard at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 12. Please
be prompt and on time. If you are interested but can’t make this meeting, please talk to Howard during seminar.
All individuals that will be trying out for the baseball program need to come to a mandatory meeting this Friday, Jan. 13. The meeting will be in room A217 and will begin at 2:30 p.m.

There will be a meeting this Friday, Jan. 13, during seminar, in the theater for all athletes who are considering going out for track and field this spring. Information and paperwork will be given out at this time. So please attend if you are considering coming out for track.
Any girl wanting to tryout for soccer this spring needs to see the announcements on the team website.
There are eight spaces left in the February ACT Test Prep Class for interested college bound juniors. The class meets on Thursday, Jan. 19, Thursday, Jan. 26, and Thursday, February 2. The class fee is $80. Students can sign up and pay the class fee in the counseling office or download an application from the counseling website.
Drivers Ed forms are available for the class that will start Wednesday, January 18. Forms are in the office and online. The cost is $200.
Congratulations to the bowling team, who yesterday swept the five team Maranatha Invitational. The junior varsity girls
and boys, along with the varsity girls and boys all won the team competition. Also, congratulations to Lindsey
Jackson for winning the junior varsity girls competition, Cassie and Dakotah Widmer tying for the varsity girls individual title, and to sophomore Jon Darby and junior LJ Hatch for winning the junior varsity and varsity boys titles respectively. Also, the bowling team and coaches would like to thank all of the students who came out to support us during our first meet.
