Daily announcements for Tuesday, April 10

StuCo members: if you are on the pep assembly committee, please report directly to the main gym immediately after announcements.

All gym teacher Christine Preston freshman gym classes and gym teacher Amy McClure’s cardio lift classes need to meet in the gym for Zumba practice today during seminar.

Marketing teacher Dianna Heffernon’s blue Marketing class should remember to bring a plain white t-shirt to class tomorrow for our team building activity. If you are interested in Heffernon purchasing a t-shirt for you, please stop by after school with your $6.

The application deadline to continue or create a new club is Monday, April 30. All clubs must have a certified teacher
as a sponsor. If you wish to create a new club please obtain your teacher sponsor, then see associate principal Matt Fedde for the required paperwork. All applications are due to Fedde by the end of Monday, April 30.

Election information is currently available for former and current StuCo members who are interested in running for a student body position. See art teacher Erica Crist in Gl102 beginning tomorrow if you are interested in running.

There is a sign up sheet in the office for those who would like to ride the bus to Livestrong Stadium on Thursday, April 19 for the girl’s soccer game. It is the 2nd annual Breast Cancer Awareness Game. The game is against De Soto and there are t-shirts on sale. Check the web site to order.

pullout tomorrow during blue 1.

Cheer tryouts will be held tomorrow through Friday, April 13.

Please stop by the counseling office for new information on employment opportunities.

Orders for Prom flowers will be extended until Thursday, April 12, during lunch.

  • $5 for every senior who paid last year as a junior
  • $40 for every senior who did not attend last year
  • $45 for juniors until March 30th
  • $50 for juniors until April 13th
  • $55 for juniors and seniors at the door
  • $3 for parking passes bought in advance- you must keep them and have them for that night
  • $5 for parking the night of bought at Club 1000. :  If you do not purchase the parking pass prior to Prom for $3 it will cost $5 the night of Prom

There is no valet parking. See registrar Deanna Thom for tickets.

Tomorrow is the last day to have outside guest passes turned in to the office.
