All seniors going out for softball need to meet in health teacher Sarah Haub’s room during seminar today for a quick meeting.

Engineering teacher Jason Smith’s blue two and blue four carpentry classes need to go to the lab tomorrow.

For those who are on the call back list for, “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”, please report to the theatre at 3:30 p.m. and bring a pencil or pen.

The final February ACT prep class session will be held this evening from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. in room B223.

All students from art teacher Jodi Ellis’ first semester classes who left their silk screen t-shirts, batiks and or oil paintings in her room need to claim them by the end of the week or they will be recycled.

All Jag and Art Club members interested in helping with the Chili Bowl Sale, please come sign up in Ellis’ room, art teacher Erica Crist’s room or art teacher Jerry Howard’s room.

Anyone interested in helping with Heart to Heart at the warehouse on Saturday, Feb. 18 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. packing supplies please sign up on Ellis’ door. More information will be provided on the sign up sheet or see junior CJ Hopkins.

Anyone interested in attending Harvesters on Wednesday, Feb. 8 from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. please sign up on Ellis’ door.

Students who are interested in traveling to Paris, France and Madrid, Spain in the summer of 2013 with foreign language teachers Edith Paredes and Kim Service should have received an informational email. If your parents did not receive the email, please pick up the letter from the volleyball folder outside Service’s room, C210.

We will have lost and found items in the commons this week. We will be donating items not claimed. Please check the table and clothes rack for your items. Jewelry, keys and small items will be in the office.

Friday, Feb. 10 is the Johnson County Community College spring enrollment deadline for students wanting the additional five credits in Spanish four and French four. The JCCC admissions office will be open this Saturday, Feb. 4, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for those foreign language students needing enrollment assistance.

Today during seminar, MVTV will be having a contest and the winner will get a gift certificate to eat at a restaurant. It costs $2 to enter and it’ll be in the auxiliary gym. You’ll need two people. One partner will be holding the other up. If you’re interested, see sophomore Hannah Reichle and junior Brenna Iskra in broadcast journalism teacher Cindy Swartz’s room, C103. Sign up before Thursday, Feb. 2.

Students may not park in staff or visitor parking. Tickets will be issued for parking violations.
