If you know anything about me, you should know that I love dramatic TV shows; about 80 percent of what I watch is drama. This is one I recently added to the collection and I don’t regret it one bit.

“Scandal” follows Olivia Pope. She was the former Communications Director for the White House and also helped with the campaign for the President of the United States, Fitzgerald Grant. The show revolves around what happens in the White House and how corrupt some people are in the government system. The show gets its title because a big aspect of the show revolves around this major scandal.

Even if you’re not super into government, like me, you’ll love this show. There are so many twist and turns and no episode is the same. People get abducted, killed and attacked. There’s plenty of romance, action and some humor for everyone. I will warn you, this show is a bit more mature, but it’s still high quality.

“Scandal” is produced by Shonda Rhimes; this woman is known for dominating TV on Thursday nights because she has three shows that are major hits and have been since their original air date. The other two shows are “Grey’s Anatomy” and “How to get Away With Murder.”

All of these shows come on tonight with new episodes, so it’ll be a great night on TV. “Scandal” is a great choice if you’re looking for a show that has an equal amount of drama as excitement and action; it gets a ten out of ten from me.

See you next time!
