Pink Out football game to raise breast cancer awareness

Sponsored by the Booster Club, pink t-shirts were sold in the cafeteria to students from Monday, Oct. 10-Thursday, Oct. 13.

The shirts are for the “Pink Out” football game against Bishop Miege High School on Friday, Oct. 14 with the intent to raise breast cancer awareness.

“It’s just important because it’s helping support a good cause,” Booster Club sponsor Susan Rice said.

All proceeds will go to the Susan G. Komen foundation, an organization centered on finding a cure for cancer.
