Girls varsity soccer ties Bishop Miege 2-2

After a double overtime, the Bishop Miege Stags and the Jaguars faced a stalemate with a score of 2-2 on Wednesday, April 6. Both teams displayed excellent defense in the second period and during overtime. Freshmen Abby Sieperda and Michaela Remijio scored in the second period.

“We played well, but probably not as well as our Olathe North game (4-0),” varsity girls soccer coach Arlan Vomhof said. “The team is definitely making improvements.”

Girls soccer will be playing Thursday, April 14 against Bishop Ward at home.
