Energy boost: chicken caesar wrap

Ingredients: 

4 tortillas

4 tbs softened cream cheese

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 bag caesar salad kit

2 cups chopped chicken

Place tortilla on a clean working surface. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and garlic powder, and spread over tortilla. In a separate bowl, toss together the salad kit and place the mixture on the tortilla. Distribute chopped chicken onto the tortilla. Pour dressing onto the tortilla, then fold in both sides of the tortilla and lift the end closest to you and tightly roll up the tortilla in a forward motion. Place on the seam and slice in half at an angle.

Chicken is a good choice for an extra energy boost; it is a smart choice as it contains a high amount of protein, which is essential nutrient for growth and development. Foods high in protein, such as chicken, help overweight individuals lose weight faster. Also, chicken is a good source of niacin and phosphors.
