Blog: Winter dance time

It has been a busy, but spirited week. I saw a lot of student and faculty participation, which made all the planning and organizing worth it.

Ending a spirit week with a pep assembly is always the best. The entire student body is together and competing with each other. This is one of the only times that I feel like the school has a sense of unity.

The king and queen of winter sports will be announced during the half-time ceremony during the boys varsity game against Tonganoxie. The game begins at 7:15p.m.

The dance will begin 30 minutes after the game. Students who will are attending the game and the dance will enter the commons through the main gym doors. Students that are not attending the game but going to the dance will enter the building through the activities entrance and go through the gym, into the commons. Admission to the game and dance is free of charge with your school ID.

I am looking forward to both the game and the dance. Please come and support the king and queen of winter sports.
