Athletic department honors 41 seniors who signed to play sport in college

The ceremony took place in the main gym in front of family and friends Thursday, April 25

The following students signed letters of intent to play sports in college at a ceremony Thursday, April 25. Senior Kaitlyn Burke, who will play volleyball at Loyola University Chicago, was not able to attend the ceremony due her commitment to her club volleyball team at the USAV 18s national championship.

Kate Haney, JAG editor-in-chief
This is senior Kate Haney’s third year on the JAG yearbook staff and she will be taking on the position of JAG editor-in-chief. When not in C-101, you can find her participating in NHS, NEHS and SNHS or hanging out with the Mill Valley swim team. Outside of school, you can catch her working at Target, rereading and obsessing over her favorite fantasy novels, stressing over her homework, watching her comfort movies and shows or fangirling with her younger sister about their favorite celebrities. 
Molly Griffin
Molly Griffin, JAG social media and managing editor
This is junior Molly Griffin's second year on the JAG yearbook staff and she will be taking on the position of co-social media and managing editor. When not in the C-101 you can find her participating in Relay for Life or at the MV softball field. Outside of school, you can find her playing on her club softball team, working at Pink Charming Boutique, or watching the sunset with her friends.

This is sophomore Evie Tindell’s first year on the JAG Yearbook staff where she’ll be taking on the role of photographer. In school she’s a member of the GSA club. Outside of school she enjoys going rock climbing, playing softball with her friends, listening to music, and reading in her room til 4am.

This is junior Emma Ronning’s second year on the JAG yearbook staff. This year, she will be taking on the position of co-photo editor. When not in room C-101, you can find her participating in NHS, Relay for Life, Book Club, Movie Club, and Women’s empowerment club. Outside of school, she likes to spend time with her friends and family, volunteer, read and listen to music.
