This is junior Natalia Castillejos Ramirez’s second year on the JagWire staff where she is delighted about her position as managing editor. Apart from journalism, she is on Student Council, Forensics, Thespians Scribe, Creative Writing, Theater, KAY, NEHS and NHS. Outside of school, you can find her being a bilingual lecturer for her church, at her youth group, acting in community theater, or serving as a youth diplomat for Global Ties KC. In her spare time you can find her in nature or laughing with the people she loves. Overall, she cares greatly about making a difference with the talents she has and is excited to see what is to come.
This is junior Kennedy Botkin’s second year on the JagWire staff, and she will be taking on the role of copy editor. Outside of journalism, Kennedy is a part of NHS, Spanish NHS, NEHS, coloring club, KAY club, Youth for Refugees, Educators Rising, Girl Scouts and is a student director for the school’s theatre productions. In her free time, Kennedy likes to bake and play with her guinea pigs.
