There are thousands of coaches removed of there duties at all levels for lack of performance. Coaching is a performance based job mostly based on winning. The most important, is winning league championships and State berths. Our volleyball program has not done well at either of these goals. I don't understand why coach Service must muddy this up and file lawsuits against the school district when all they simply want is change. No other coach that was let go ever filed lawsuits against them, when there they were removed for the same reason. It is making MV and their student athletes look bad. It is also a shame that every time this issue is written about it always goes back the the McPherson tournament. It has nothing to do with that, it is all about building a winning tradition.
